Try showwing them some respect.

Just because F2Ps don't have all the fancy, P.O.S mainstream stuff doesn't mean they're an easy target for being hated against. If you gave them a chance, you might see that they've got potential for becoming great players, EVEN if they refuse to take help in the first place. They're not stupid, they can figure things out over time. (don't even say anything ignorant, like: "Yeah, maybe they'll figure out that they can't beat us cuz they ain't got anything". Don't forget that YOU also started off as an F2P.)

What is an F2P?
A Free To Play, or F2P, is someone who got TF2 for free, but don't have access to all functions of the game, like crafting hats and trading.

Characteristics of F2Ps:
- Start off (at first) with no gear (except for Ghostly Gibus and/or Pyrovision Goggles and/or Mildly Disturbing Halloween Mask, once they get the associated achievements for those items)
- Supposably "lacking skill" at first ("skill" has nothing to do with anything)
- Barely, or do not understand game mechanics at first (no-scoping with a Sniper Rifle won't give them a headshot)

Scrutiny against F2Ps:
Commonly, when there is a group of Pay To Plays (P2Ps) on a server (also, providing what their attitude is) see an F2P, anyone not on the F2P's team will probably not pass up the opportunity to dominate him/her, thus causing the F2P to become angry and/or upset (sometimes results in rage-quitting). Other times, people like to say things about their loadouts. For instance, an F2P playing as a Spy who manages to stay out of sight for a length of time will possibly be accused of having the Cloak And Dagger invisibility watch, which enables (almost) infinite cloak whilst standing still. Sometimes, an F2P might wander onto a "P2P ONLY" server, and the second they flash that Gibus, they're gone, as they've either been kicked or banned from the server.
